Once this payment is processed, you will receive the link to a form (usually in less than 24 hours.) Here you can reserve your lodging and food, add your family members and note any specific needs, as well as sign a waiver, to the camp week you selected.
The total camp bill can be paid in 3 payments. You will get your first invoice at the beginning of March split into these payment. The first payment is due March 30th. The second is due May 1. The rest is due as a check or cash upon arrival to camp. Of course, full payment can be made at anytime. To Clarify the refund policy: All refunds after March 30th are at 50% of your payment(s). Before that, there is no refund of the $50 between January 1st and March 30.
