Come to Heart Ridge this fall for a weekend of renewal and restoration. We are now offering RESET retreats as we hope to give everyone a chance to get back on the path that God has set for them. This RESET retreat this fall will just be for women. Are you worried, anxious, tired, overwhelmed? Is your prayer life stale or even non-existant? Do you want better daily habits? Is there a particular service or career that God might be calling you to? Are there aspects of your life that are unhealthy or even toxic, and you want to get them straightened out or re-directed?
God has a plan for you!
Sometimes we just need to stop, take a step back, and see where we've been, where we are going, and where God wants us to be now.
This will be a retreat to help you look at the areas of your life that need to be "RESET." Workshops will be given on prayer, discernment, life choices, and healthy living. There will be time for silent reflection, journalling, prayer, and some discussion. Mass and Adoration, as well as the perfect reset--Confession. It begins Friday with check in from 4:00-6:30, first event at 7:00. It ends on Sunday afternoon at 3:00.

What is Soulcore?
SoulCore is first and foremost prayer. The rosary itself is a prayer of healing, virtue, and peace. Movement is integrated as an essential to whole-person wellness. Just as during the Liturgy of the Mass (kneeling, standing, sitting) postures us to fully integrate body & soul into receiving the Word of God, SoulCore elevates our capacity to receive the Word of God and contemplate the Mysteries & Virtues at a deeper level.
Exercises and stretches are demonstrated and every woman, no matter her level of fitness can participate. There is a chair option for those who can't use a mat.
