Group Meeting Spaces

  1. The Ridge Room--90 people theatre-style 40 people at tables, audio and visual set-up, keyboard and piano, highspeed internet
  2. We have 1 other conference/meeting space upstairs in the Gym/Eastatoee Community Center that can seat 75
  3. Cafeteria--seats 100 around tables
  4. The Connection Cafe (Lodge Basement) and Pavilion --informal space with chairs, screen available, seats 30, which leads out to a large Pavilion (which can seat up to 50), highspeed internet available
  5. The Library--formal seating for adults in The Stone House/Lodge for about 20
  6. Gym-- seats 100+ depending on type of seating​
Each space rents for $25-$100 per day, multiple day discounts for groups staying at the retreat center.   

Costs
We have no hidden costs or gimmicks.  We have tried to keep our prices as low as possible to serve as many people as we are able.  We have worksheets to help you figure an approximate cost for your group. Your reservation, however, will not be set until we have confirmed that the date is available and have received a down payment.  We are willing to work with you to help you achieve your needs and budget.   (Please feel free to contact us about any clarifications.)

Once you have received confirmation of your date, you will be emailed a link to a similar form which contains a list of policies and an agreement of terms.
