Want to nourish the relationship with your tween daughter and build a strong bond before the rocky teenage years begin?

Or are you are looking for a way to open up communication with your tween daughter about becoming a woman? Do you want to encourage her in the faith? Maybe all of these and more? 
​ This retreat will not only be a lot of fun activities like games and crafts, but will also have sessions about the beauty and wonder that is you, the changes that the body goes through during puberty, what a woman's cycle is, how a young girl can develop a prayer life, how to keep communication open between mom and daughter when some conversations may seem awkward, and finally, how to give a good manicure!  All of this will be done with a lighthearted, but serious approach, with skits, activities, discussions, and active participation. 

We have a teen leadership team who will be accompanying the tweens leading skits, giving witnesses, and helping with the activities.

The program and talks are developed by a Catholic author, Billings Ovulation Instructor, mom, and high school teacher, all inline with the Catechism of the Catholic Church, Sacred Scripture, and Theology of the Body.  
Thank you for this wonderful retreat. My daughter and I had a wonderful time and I feel like you helped both of us as we work on tackling the teen years ahead together. She felt more comfortable talking about certain topics and I felt like I got some tools for the tool belt on how to be a more empathic listener. My daughter truly loved this retreat, the talks, crafts, games and hike were perfect! The lodgings, food and retreat were wonderful and I would highly recommend to any mom and tween daughter.

Thank you so much for hosting us all at your Arise Retreat this weekend! G and I both had a blast. The activities and opportunities to gather with new people were wonderful. The talks were such a good preface for moms to jump off after the retreat with each of our girls--that's a huge win on sensitive and seemingly embarrassing topics for the girls!
