The Arise Mother/Daughter Retreat was a "Beautiful and Much Needed" Event Over 30 Moms and Daughters gathered at Heart Ridge for a time of fun, faith, and intro to the facts of life. The primary purpose of the event was to help mothers and daughters bond together and establish open lines of communication. Brief talks on puberty, the woman's cycle, and womanhood all from the Catholic perspective and Theology of the Body were scattered throughout the weekend filled with crafts, s'mores, journaling, and a scavenger hunt.
