Our Lodging Options for Groups

Lakeside Lodge

Our showcase housing of the retreat center is our newly renovated Lakehouse Lodge. It has a library/small conference room, a family/playroom, and a large covered porch overlooking the lake, two glass enclosed porches, a kitchen, and a meeting space, "The Connection Cafe" which opens to the large covered porch area.   Each floor has about 6 bedrooms, some adjoining to allow for larger families. The first floor has 2 dormitory style bathrooms.  The other floors have several single bathrooms with adequate showers and toilets for the maximum number staying there.  All linens and towels are provided. 

There are 15 sleeping quarters total. Sleeping up to 40 total with families with kids, 15 Couples or singles with own room, or 30 singles sharing some rooms.

Our Newly Renovated Lodging, The Willows

Located at the end of the lake, our newly renovated lodge has 6 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. With a kitchen, dinning room, and living room with a fireplace, this house is the perfect place for a family reunion, small retreat, or as additional lodging to the Lakeside Lodge.   Many of the rooms are spacious enough for a whole family.  This building sleeps 20+.  (6 queens,  and 10 twins)

The Heights, Frassatti Youth Corner

The Heights is our new area designated for Youth, but of course, any group can use it.   It consists of our extra large Laurel Lofts, The Pines, and The Brambles.  It also has a stage and performance area as well as a small area for group tenting. 
1. Laurel Lofts
Laurel lofts​ offers a large living area with couches, chairs, and tables.  It has three distinct living quarters each with its own bathroom.  The side areas offer single loft beds with twin beds and large multiple bathrooms and showers (Linens and pillows not provide.)  The center area has 2 bedrooms adjoined with a bathroom, linens are provided to the queen bed only. All must bring your own towels. 
  • Left side sleeps 13 singles. 
  • Right side sleeps 12 singles. 
  • Middle area sleeps 6 singles (or 1 couple and 5 singles)​​ 
​Total=30+ singles or  3-4 large families 
2. The Brambles 
The Brambles Bunkhouse is a newly rennovated basic bunkhouse that has 15 twin beds.  (3 are unbunked)  It has 2 showers and 2 toilets.  

Total=15 Singles or 1 Large Family

Greenbrier    The bottom of this duplex has a complete kitchen, living room, porch, 1 master bedroom with bathroom, and 2 bedrooms with bathroom. (There is no access to the top level which is occupied by Heart Ridge staff members.)Total= 1 Family, 2 couples, or 4 singles
Little Blue  This charming house has a complete kitchen, living room, Florida room, front porch, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom. 
  • Sleeps 4 singles 
Total= 4 singles or 1 couple or 1 family of 4
​ Crossvine is a two-room house with kitchenette/living room and bedroom with one bathroom.  It has a screened in porch.  All bedding and towels provided. 
Total= 2 singles or 1 couple or 1 small family
