Pay starts at minimum wage plus depending on experience and includes free private room and meals during reatreats. There are no other benefits provided.
Other duties can include assisting with retreats, sacristan, librarian for our theology library, gardener, cook, or any other gifts that you want to contribute to the betterment of Heart Ridge.

Join our Heart Ridge team whose mission is to spread the gospel through hospitality and to provide people a time and place to encounter God.
These are the duties of our host:
Welcome guests as they arrive. Share with them information about Heart Ridge and show them to their room.
Keep the common spaces clean.
Other general quarterly/monthly cleaning tasks, like window washing and cleaning the stove.
When guests leave, turn over their rooms.
Clean the bathrooms.
Keep the immediate area outside of the lodge tidy, like sidewalks and porches.
