We are so glad you are interested in becoming a vendor for the Belonging '25 Catholic Women's Conference.  (If you have vendored for us before, we appreciate your past involvement and we have a few changes for this year.)

  1. We are keeping the vendor price low as one of our missions of the Women's Conference is to help Catholic or women-owned businesses, Catholic artists, and Catholic ministries to share their work.   
  2. We reserve the right to reject your application. If you are not in this category,  we may not accept your application to be a vendor.  You may apply, but if we decide you are not a good fit, we will simply notify you and give you a full reimbursement.  We may also turn you away if we have a large number of similar vendors, for example 10 candle sellers. We will let you know within a week of receiving your application. 
  3. You must bring your own table and chairs.  Each vendor has a spot that is 8ft. x 8ft.  with room behind to put your chairs. You will need to bring your own help to carry in and setup your own space.  We will not provide dollies or hand trucks. 
  4. Spaces will be assigned on a first-come/ first-served basis on the Friday evening of setup.  All vendors will be around the perimeter of the gym with the lunch tables set up in the middle. There are no "bad" spots.  Most women at the conference will make it around to every vendor.  
  5. Your lunch(es) will be brought to you at your vendor table so you can stay there during the busy lunchtime. 
  6. We are not taking prizes for the raffle.  Instead, we recommend each vendor to have her own raffle.  This also encourages the women to visit all of the vendors.  We will announce this at the introduction of the conference and encourage the women to enter the raffles at each vendor.   You will run this entirely on your own.  You can collect names and cell phone numbers and/or emails.  Cell phone numbers are the best way to notify the winners so they can collect their prize before they leave.  Please have all prizes drawn and announced before 4:00. 
  7. Price is $45 and includes one meal ticket.  If you have someone with you they also must either register for the conference or register with you as a vendor assistant for $15 which also gets them a meal ticket.  You may have 2 of these. 
  8. Finally, we will reach out to you a week before to give you the details of when the gym will be open on Friday to setup. (We are at the mercy of basketball practices this time of year.) 
If you do not hear from us, please assume that you are accepted to be a vendor.  If we decide you are not a good fit for our conference, we will email you and return your vendor fee.
